PotPlayer is unable to play the video, or only screen without sound

When using PotPlayer to play a video, it cannot be played or there is a picture without sound.
Pop up prompt: Failed to start playback,it is not possible to play the audio.TrueHD audio decoder is required to play the file. Clicking "Find Codec" buttion on the right to install the required decoder.
You need to download and install OpenCodec decoder. OpenCodec can decode some copyrighted encodings such as TrueHD, DTS, etc.
When decoder is not installed, there are no available decoders for DTS and TrueHD.
