The higher the video frame rate, the smoother it is.Video frame interpolation (VFI) aims to synthesize intermediate frames from two successive video frames.
Enable PotPlayer's motion blur feature to interpolating the video's fps,double the frame rate.
Right mouse click on PotPlayer,“Video - Video Effects - Motion Blur”.
Or right mouse click on PotPlayer,““Preferences - Video - Effects”,check the Motion Blur check box.
Play the video and press Tab to see the frame rate increase from 23.976 FPS to 47.84 FPS.
